Here in Singapore, the main telecoms provider Singtel has owned the iPhone offerings since the phones came out, until yesterday, when rival carriers M1 and Starhub, started offering iPhones with slightly better plans, and much better data plans actually. Today in the papers Singtel is fighting back with revamped price plans. Multiple fullpage newspaper ads by all parties this morning!
Could it be? All this hoohah is suddenly happening because we made one little announcement about an iPhone app for the Shady Puzzle? And now suddenly everyone wants an iPhone, or realise it’s just such a good opportunity to capitalise on and sell iPhones to people as quickly as possible? Wow, we’re honoured, guys!
